It’s all about the balance

Thanks to social media we can connect with people, places and information like it was never done before. We are 3.5 billion active users around the world logging everyday in our accounts, consuming and creating content through our digital profiles.

Social media usage is having an impact on the way we interact with the world, the way we connect with others and the way see ourselves. Sometimes in a very negative way, affecting our health.

YOBL
BREAKS
THE
HABIT

A personal tool to help you balance your time on social media.

YOBL is about taking a simple action to change a very complex habit. We believe a big part of the problem with social media abuse is, that at some point, social media became a habit, part of our everyday routine. Suddenly, going into certain apps became an unconscious choice, almost an impulse.

So YOBL was born out of the need of having a tool to help us stay away from social media in moments in which we could be doing something healthier or just living the moment without a digital presence.

It’s a small device that connects to personal social media accounts through a mobile app.

A simple solution for a very complex problem.
